AXARQUIA (MALAGA): Very nice villa with pool and great views over the Alcaucin valley. Suitable for 6-8 persons.
Villa Casa Alejandro is approached via the drive and private pool and by climbing the (18) tiled steps to the entrance door at the rear of the villa. The door is off a tiled patio area with a stone table and 4 chairs. This is a lovely year round breakfast area. The door leads into a small hall with bookcase containing books and maps for renters use and to the kitchen and third bedroom.
Bedroom 3:
The beds can be made up as a king size or a twin with double wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The room has a dual air conditioning/ heating unit and low energy electric radiator.
Kitchen:
The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and 4 hobs with hood over. There is a microwave. and toaster, built in dishwasher and washing machine, also a free standing fridge freezer.
Lounge:
Down the short hall the lounge (7M x 3.5M) has an extendable dining table and 6 chairs with a double sofa bed and armchair. There is a wall mounted 31” (80 cm) TV with UK satellite and Spanish channels , a DVD /CD player and Video player - a sideboard contains DVD’s and videos for renters use. There is a fireplace for burning logs in winter and a dual air conditioning/ heating unit with two low energy electric radiators.
Front Veranda:
The lounge sliding doors open on to the large tiled front veranda with stunning views of the mountains in the distance. Patio furniture includes a dining table and 6 chairs, a cane two seater settee and two armchairs and a coffee table. There is a built-in barbeque with chimney above.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has views of the mountains in the distance . The beds can be made up as a twin or king size and the room has double wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Dual air conditioning/ heating unit and a low energy electric radiator are fitted.
Main Bathroom:
Off the lounge and next to bedroom 2 and the master bedroom is the fully tiled main bathroom consisting full size bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom:
Off the lounge is the air conditioned master bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe and bedside cabinets. A television with DVD player is provided. There is a low energy electric radiator and the air conditioning unit doubles as a heater. Through the door is the fully tiled en-suite bathroom, there is a WC, wash basin and shower cubicle with an electric towel rail.
General:
Hot water is supplied via a central gas water heater and is included in the price. A large water supply tank is located at the rear of the house to supply water if the mains water supply fails. Electricity is chargeable at current Seviana electricity company rates and can be deducted from the refundable 100 Euro damage deposit if preferred. Fuel for the open fire and barbeque is to be provided by renters.
